Members of the Arkansas Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and non-members are invited to submit abstracts to the Chair for Poster Presentations dealing with research or program/project reports in aspects of dietetics or foods and nutrition. The presentations will be decided by the Arkansas Academy Annual Meeting & Exposition Planning Committee and selected reviewers following a peer-review process.

Abstracts selected will be presented at the Arkansas Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Annual Meeting & Exposition Poster Session on April 30, 2026. The poster session will provide the opportunity to discuss your research study or practice innovation with meeting attendees. Additionally, virtual participants in the conference will receive a pdf of the poster for their review. 

The Arkansas Academy will only accept abstracts uploaded through this Arkansas Academy form. No emails will be accepted.

New this year: We will be giving a special award for the Best Student Poster as well as the Best Professional Poster. This will be based on the poster's first author. 

The deadline for submission is  March 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm CST.
