The 4th Annual Fun Run was held, Saturday March 12th at Rivertrail Rentals in NLR. There were almost 200 registered this year.

Shannon Hendrix led the race participants along the path and Pool Boy from Alice 107.7 cheered them on. There was a health fair held after the race, along with a mini Zumba class, led by our own Erin King.

Our sponsors this year were Midwest Dairy, Abbott Nutrition, Student Dietetic Association (UCA), UAMS/CAVHS Internships, Sysco Foodservices of Arkansas, Arkansas Heart Hospital, Arkansas Wound Care Specialists, Bank of the Ozarks, U.S. Foodservice, Whole Foods, Coca-Cola, Rivertrail Rentals, General Mills, and LR Roadrunner Club. Breakfast and coffee were provided by RX Catering.

The top three finishers (men & women) received a trophy, along with a veggie basket donated by Sysco and the top 15 received medals. The weather was great and so was the location. We appreciate all of the support from ArADA and look forward to an even bigger event next year.
