2008 Emerging Dietetics Leader

Jo Beth McElhanon, MS, RD, LD currently serves as the outpatient dietitian for Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. She is also president-elect of the Junior League of Little Rock. Jo Beth received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She is certified in Pediatric and Adolescent Weight Management and in Adult Weight Management. Jo Beth is a current board member and media spokesperson for the Arkansas Dietetic Association and designed the association’s current logo.
