Guide to ArDA Acronyms:

HOD - House of Delegates (ADA)
Incoming President-Elect - Vote for One
Requires a 4 year commitment to serve as Incoming President Elect (Non-voting BOD position), then as President Elect and President (both years are voting BOD member) then as Immediate Past President (non-voting BOD member). While serving as President-Elect, this position is responsible for enlisting speakers for the AME Planning Committee.

Nominating Committee - Vote for Three
The nominee with the largest number of votes becomes Chair-Elect and then Chair of the Nominating Committee serving a two year term as a non-voting BOD member. The nominees with the second and third highest votes become Nominating Committee Members serving a one year term. These committee members are responsible for securing nominees for future elections and preparing the ballot for the elections.
